Last month I spoke of Helmut Lang’s much awaited online exhibition with Absolut Vodka entitled 'Alles Gleich Schwer'. Well the exhibit is now available to view online. If you're familiar will Lang's fashion design history it is evident in this new exhibit that his design aesthetic holds true between both clothing and art. You can view the show here and read the Press Release below.

"Alles Gleich Schwer" is not a statement or a final answer or question. It is about the consideration and the reflection to evaluate which weight or importance or meaning one as a single person wants to contribute in a changing world to personal, social, emotional, global and ecological or any other issues and arrangements which surrounds one or concerns one. The attribution of importance can be explored in a vertical or horizontal direction.

John Van Den Nieuwenhuizen's Hidden Radio has no user interface, yet is completely user interface. Make sense? No? Well instead of having an obvious "control panel", the entire product itself is one. As you lift up the cap on top of the device, the volume of the radio increases proportionally. Likewise, if you push the cap down, the volume decreases until the point at which the device is silent (i.e. switched off). To tune the radio you simply rotate the cap. Brilliant!

I got a few friends that need this.

This is the latest release in an ongoing collaboration between Japanese streetwear giants Visvim and Mastermind. This is Mastermind's take on Visvim's FBT Folk Shaman. The shoe features a higher cut than the regular FBT SHaman as well as a zipper on the tongue as seen on a majority of the shoes they have done with Visvim. Trhe will be available at Isetan Japan and most likely Maxfield in Los Angeles.
