South African Xenophobia

A sad series of events are taking place in South Africa currently. Poor natives are at war with poor immigrants. It's almost a similar situation we are experiencing here in Southern California, with immigrants competing for jobs and doing them often at a cheaper wage than many would be willing to work for. The only difference is that instead of the pseudo and sometimes blatant racism, classicism, and elitism we see here, South Africa has seen frustration turn to bloodshed.
