The Margiela store in LA is by far my favorite store in Los Angeles. Aside from carrying a gret range of clothing every season, it is austhetically and conceptually sound. The outside of the building is entirely sequined in a way no photo can do justice. The layout of the store is great and continues with Margielas brand identity and the concepts seen in other Margiela stores worldwide. Mameg is a store located in the same building as Margiela which is operated by the same people who run The LA Margiela store. The two spces are seperated by a gold corridor which almost seem like a gateway out of Margielas vivid white world of "collage and reflection" into Mameg's world of warmth and domesticity.
